Pricing is based per hour, rounded up to the hour including travel time from NN2. Travel time includes time taken to collect parts that are required for repair .

Typical total repair times are between two and three hours for customers in Northampton and three to four hours for customers in Milton Keynes. All repair costs are subject to the fitting of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) parts and VAT.

There are no hidden costs or call out charges. As a repair progresses the customer is advised of the cost up to that point. A customer is free to close down a repair at any time and the money owed at that point is shown on the final Engineers report and charged.
